Wow this is amazing news!
Harris Teeter used to have Super Doubles where you could use a coupon face value $1.98 and down double. So your $1.50 coupon was $3, and so on.
But now they are trying out $2 doubles where a $2 coupon becomes $4!! Although its only $.02 it makes a huge difference since there is a ton of $2 coupons out there right now.
I am working on a cheat sheet list right now and should have it up either tonight or tomorrow
