Making Smores – With a Little Help From Aldi’s!

Its a nice, breezy, family fun night in the Young house and what better way to make some smores to fix that sweet tooth?

Aldi’s is the one stop shop for your smores needs. They have probably some of the best graham crackers I have tasted. The Benton’s graham crackers are only $1.49 for a 14.4 oz package, and aren’t to plain but not to sweet. Oh and the chocolate Choceur milk chocolate bar is just right! You know how sometimes chocolate can be too rich, and sweet? Well I think they found a perfect medium so that it just melts in your mouth :) Now I used to hate store brand marshmallows because they tasted so fake, but Aldi’s brand are just right and melted so nice. They were the perfect stickiness to hold your smore together just right. And you cannot forget to add those darling fourth of July sprinkles just to remind you that summer is on it’s way.

You wouldn’t believe it but we actually made our smores right in side in the microwave. Its been kind rainy, and by the time dad got home it was pretty late so we decided the microwave would be our fire. Believe it or not they tasted delicious :) Although they didn’t have that campfire taste they still fix that sweet tooth!

Now even though Aldi’s does not accept coupons they still have amazing prices one everyday items, especially produce. I mainly shop there for my produce because their produce is very cheap, but has great quality! Also if you are a grilling sensation they have everything from meats to marinades. So the next time you are in search of low price groceries, or some great produce stop by Aldi’s!

If you are wanting to make smores for those summer nights, family nights, or if the kids have some friends over be sure to stop by Aldi’s and pick you up some
