If you are like me the talk about Kale was gross! I have never liked Kale until recently. I decided to mix it in smoothies the other day and surprisingly you couldn’t even taste it! Next I tried Kale chips and they turned out fabulous
What you’ll need:
Kale I got this huge bag at Bj’s for $1.99
Sea Salt or any seasoning you would like to use
Oven pre-heated to 375
Make sure to wash your kale pretty good & then pat it dry
Spread your kale onto your cooking pan nice and even taking out any large stems. Make sure you aren’t overlaying any because it wont cook correctly.
Now add any seasoning you would like. I added sea salt so that it would have a potato chip taste.
Let your Kale cook until the edges are golden brown. About 5-10min
Let it cool down & then enjoy!
Nice & healthy snack that will replace those fattening potato chips!
