Have you or anyone else heard anything else about the orders? I ordered and used my vouchers from savemore.com and my total was 0.00, and they said they sent a confirmation email of my order and I never received it. I tried calling their contact number on their website and it is disconnected. Anyone else having the same problem?
Ashley did you go back to your account and use your voucher? IF not go to your account and then to your deals and use your voucher. You will have to go over to the other website order what you want and then use your voucher #/.
I did go and use the vouchers but Accessoriesdirect.net never sent out confirmation emails and I ordered as a guest instead of creating an account! I just called and their number has been reconnected and they said they were having a problem with emails but the orders are shipping out 21 days after the order and that I’d get emails this time. Thanks for the response! I was getting frustrated with them. Usually it is much quicker and I at least get a confirmation email from the site I use the vouchers on!

I just called them *again* and after the first two times getting that the number was disconnected, they answered the third time and said it is going to be at least another week or two before they ship now. I asked them to send me an email stating that. I googled and brought up the savemore.com thread on it and apparently everyone is having the same problem. One minute the phone works, one minute it is disconnected. No emails are being returned to their contact address. Talk about shady!
I’ve had the same problem with them. No confirmation email, and disconnected number. I’ve written an email and no response there either. Has anyone actually received merchandise from this company? if I do not speak with someone soon, I will be reporting them to my credit card company!
I just called them again, first it was disconnected, then it went through. The same lady answered that answered last time. She said they’d mail them out ‘next week’. I told her that that is always their answer. She said they don’t even have the product but it is being shipped in this weekend and products start going out Monday and we will get a confirmation email-supposedly. We will see!!
Did anyone pay out of pocket for these? You should have had to pay for anything. If you did I would take it up with your credit card people and file a dispute. I am not sure what is going on with this company! :”(
The last response I received from accessories direct was on 11/23 stating they would be shipping out within the week. I too purchased a savemore.com voucher for this website on 10/23. It is now 12/16 and still no necklace.
